We currently only ship to addresses in West Malaysia.
Delivery method available:
- Courier – for small items such as accessories, stool, and some small-size, flat-packed furniture.
- Truck – for bulky items such as sofas, bedframes, sideboard etc.

- Items delivered by courier can be identified at product page:
- Delivery charges by courier services will be calculated based on the total weight of your order, and can be viewed during the check-out process.
- Delivery charges for courier items will be waived if purchased together with items that require Truck Delivery.
- Delivery by courier does not include the assembly or installation of furniture.
- Order will be processed and shipped from Scanteak’s Pasir Gudang warehouse between 3 - 5 working days, subject to item(s) availability.
- Our logistics team will share the courier tracking number with you via email (for tracking purposes) once your order has been successfully processed. Please note that, delivery lead time subject to courier company, it could take up to 14 working days. Simply track your parcel using the tracking # provided.

- Items delivery by Truck can be identified at each product’s page:
- Delivery charges by truck will vary depending on your delivery location and total volumetric weight. Please contact us for a shipping quote before checking out your order. This can be done by taking a screencap of your shopping cart and submitting it via this form.
- Items delivered via Truck will be assembled at no additional charge.
