“An unplanned pass by to your store in the new Westgate reminded me of the good service I received 14 years ago when I bought my bed before I moved into my new house. The sales manager offered to hold delivery for a few months until my house was ready to be moved in. Till today I am still sleeping on this Scanteak bed and it is still very strong! I will put Scanteak in my priority list for furniture when my next new home is ready this year.”

"Hi! I would like to commend on the excellent service I received from Qvin at Scanteak Henderson Showroom. I went down to the showroom twice to browse and made purchase on the second visit. Qvin's cheerful disposition and patience in answering all my queries made the whole shopping experience an enjoyable one. He showed good product knowledge and was not pushy in sales pitch. He was also prompt in informing me about a promotion price on a piece which I expressed interest. He also took initiative to whatsapp me the photo with ruler showing detailed dimensions."

"Dear Manager I would like to thank your staff, M/s Apple, M/s Joe and Ah Yu for their help. The screws (7cm) that came with the bed I purchased were shorter than the standard screws (8cm). Upon receiving my call, M/s apple promptly arranged for the screws to be delivered and even arranged for my bed to be assembled. She handled it the Scanteak way!!!!"

"In July 14, while I was abroad, I wanted to purchase a few items from Scanteak. I came to know Scanteak long ago but visited the showroom at Westgate in April 14 when I returned to Singapore for my leave break. Since then, I kept a lookout for Scanteak furniture. To recollect, only with Jenny’s assistance and her personnel intervention, I was able to secure the pieces I wanted. In between, I made some changes and Jenny was always very patience and helpful. She would reply my queries at any time even through the night. I finally met up with Jenny at the Isetan branch. But Jenny was very modest about my intention. I hope to receive an acknowledgement of my letter from the GM."
